Subject: [PATCH] clang/qatzip: Do not Werror

Werror in releases is always a mistake.
Here, qatzip sets -Werror and -std=gnu99. This causes problems
with clang because qatzip invariably uses features beyond gnu99,
which cause clang to abort compilation.
